外企头条：首个中外合资海上风电项目落地

据12日消息，法国电力集团已与国家能源集团签署协议，双方将合资建设并运营我国首个中外合资的海上风电项目——东台海上风电项目。

东台海上风电项目位于江苏省东台市。该项目装机容量达502兆瓦，包括装机容量302兆瓦、于2019年12月全部并网发电的东台四期项目，以及装机容量200兆瓦、预计2021年初投运的东台五期项目。法国电力集团将参与建设东台五期项目，并与国家能源集团共同管理两项目的运行和维护。

这是目前我国已投产发电离岸最远的海上风电项目之一，是现阶段国内综合施工难度最高的海上风电场项目，多项指标创同行业领先水平。

有分析称，这一项目为中法新能源领域的合作开启了新开端，有利于中法技术合作深化和领域拓展。

欧狄沃获批成为中国首个胃癌免疫肿瘤治疗药物

Opdivos China First Immuno-Oncology Agent Treating Advanced Gastric Cancer Approved

百时美施贵宝3月13日宣布，欧狄沃已正式获得中国国家药品监督管理局批准，用于治疗既往接受过两种或两种以上全身性治疗方案的晚期或复发性胃或胃食管连接部腺癌患者。

Bristol-Myers Squibb announced on March 13 that Opdivo has been approved by the National Medical Products Administration in China for the treatment of advanced or recurrent gastric or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma after two or more prior systemic therapies。

这是继非小细胞肺癌、头颈部鳞状细胞癌之后，中国首个免疫肿瘤药物欧狄沃在中国获批的第三个适应症。

This is the third indication that Opdivo， Chinas first immuno-oncology agent， has been approved for in China after non-small cell lung cancer and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma 。

此次获批基于一项名为ATTRACTION-2的Ⅲ期临床研究，这是全球首个启动的胃癌免疫肿瘤治疗Ⅲ期临床试验。该研究结果首次明确了胃癌免疫治疗在东亚人群中的有效性及安全性。

The approval was based on a phase III study， ATTRACTION-2， which was the worlds first phase III clinical trial of I-O for the treatment of gastric cancer.The results confirmed， for the first time， the efficacy and safety of the I-O treatment in East Asian patients with gastric cancer。

Rolls-Royce Select H&P For Maintenance Work In China

罗尔斯-罗伊斯FIRST网络旗下的授权维护、维修与检修中心亚太航空，日前与宏诚通用飞机维修服务公司签署协议。

Asia Pacific Aerospace ， a Rolls-Royce FIRST network Authorized Maintenance Repair & Overhaul Center ， has signed an agreement with H&P General Aviation Services Co。， Ltd for helicopter engine support in China。

根据协议，总部位于广州的宏诚公司将作为授权服务中心，在中国为罗尔斯-罗伊斯M250和RR300涡轴发动机提供服务。

The H&P General Aviation Services facility， based in the Chinese city of Guangzhou， will provide in-country service as an Authorized Service Center for Rolls-Royce M250 and RR300 turboshaft engines。

通过与宏诚通用飞机维修服务公司签署协议，罗尔斯-罗伊斯将首次在华提供直升机发动机授权维护服务，巩固市场地位。

The agreement with H&P General Aviation Services will provide authorized service on Rolls-Royce helicopter engines in China for the first time， giving the company an important foothold in an emerging market。
